NOTICE of Public Meeting - May 15, 2024
A PUBLIC MEETING has been scheduled to take place on Wednesday May 15, 2024 in the Council Chambers at the Administration Centre (located at 5786 County Road 21, Utopia) at approximately 6:00 p.m. to allow the public an opportunity to provide comments on the new proposed fees.
Road Closure - 5th Line (between 25th Sideroad & Willoughby Road)
The segment of roadway on the 5th Line between the 25th Sideroad and Willoughby Road is expected to remain closed until the end of May, to allow for reconstruction of the paved roadway and embankment.
Notice: Lifting Reduced (Half) Load Restrictions Effective April 18th, 2024
The Township of Essa has lifted seasonal load restrictions early this year in conjunction with the County of Simcoe. Following a review of weather conditions and data, reduced load restrictions will be removed on Essa’s roads as of April 18th, 2024.
