Construction Notice - Baxter
On behalf of Brookfield, Black & McDonald will be undertaking construction for Intersection Improvements at Murphy Road & Denney Drive, and Denney Drive & Felhazi Trail. Hours of operation will be strictly adhered to, from 7:30am to 4:00pm. The work will be completed in stages and we will be working on the project intermittently beginning the week of July 4ᵗʰ to early September 2023, to complete the intersection improvements in your area.
We will maintain access to all homes and businesses throughout the duration of our activities on site, however there may be occasions where access to driveways may be interrupted. On these occasions, should they arise, advanced notification will be provided from the crew on site.
Construction involves the use of heavy equipment and the unavoidable creation of obstacles. These circumstances are often attractive to children, and as such, we ask that you caution your children to stay clear of the working area. We ask that you take extra caution during the construction period to ensure everyone’s safety.
