Release - County of Simcoe and Area Partners to Host the Workforce Connect Conference

Midhurst/ May 24, 2023 – The County of Simcoe Economic Development Office (EDO), in collaboration with area partners, is pleased to host the 2023 Workforce Connect Conference. The Conference is being held in-person at Tangle Creek Golf on June 7 between 8 to 10 a.m. with an online option taking place on June 8 between 9 to 11 a.m.

The Workforce Connect Conference is intended to bring together business leaders, entrepreneurs and human resource professionals across sectors including manufacturing, tourism, agriculture, tech and more! It has been designed to help share knowledge, advice, and best practices. The event will include keynote speakers and roundtable discussions. Topics include:

• Creating Workplace Cultures That Attract and Retain Talent
• Keys to Future Proofing your Talent Strategy
• Labour Shortage: The Challenges and Innovative Solutions
