Treasury Department
The Treasury Department is responsible for budget administration, the preparation of the annual budget and the five-year capital plan, , tax rate calculations, capital financing and debenturing, management of municipal funds, coordination of the year-end audit, financial statement preparation and reporting, payroll processing, benefits administration, accounts receivable and payable, financial reporting to Council, and assistance to all departments on financial matters.
