Description of the original proposed development

The applicant is proposing to develop 148 townhouse units on the property known as 34 Mill Street. Council approved an amendment to Zoning By-law (2003-50) and adopted a By-law to amend the Official Plan on July 5th, 2023. The application recently completed Draft Plan Conditions and will be moving to a Draft Plan of Subdivision; no application has been submitted.

The Township is in receipt of materials intended to support the Application, which can be accessed by contacting the Township Planning Department.
