Description of Proposed Development:
6629 6th Line is a residential-agricultural lot on the east side of 6th Line.
The proposed Official Plan Amendment would redesignate the lands from Agricultural and Environmental – Flood Prone Areas to Residential Estate and Environmental – Flood Prone Areas. The applicant is redesignating the property with the intent of severing three (3) new residential lots off the existing property.
The Township is in receipt of materials intended to support the Application, which can be accessed by contacting the Township Planning Department.
