TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Essa passed By-law No. 2024-23 on the 17th day of April 2024, under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, as amended.

AND TAKE NOTICE that any person or public body who made written or oral submissions at the public meeting may appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) in respect of the Zoning By-law by filing with the Clerk of the Corporation of the Township of Essa, not later than the 9th day of May, 2024, a Notice of Appeal setting out the objection to the Zoning Bylaw Amendment, the reasons in support of the objection and the relevant OLT fee.
