Rental Fees
Please be advised that when renting our facilities, there is a cost required to be paid. Fees are outlined in the Parks and Recreation Schedule of Fees.
Facilities Available to Rent
The following facilities and spaces are available to rent:
Community Park Building
- Hall - Includes kitchen and washrooms. Ideal for hosting banquets, meetings, weddings, parties and fundraising events.
Angus Recreation Centre
- Ice Surface - Available from October 1st – March 28th Ideal for family events, men's/ women's group rentals, small group training etc
- Floor Surface - Available May 1st – September 1st, Ideal for Lacrosse, Ball hockey, and large events
- Gymnasium - Includes a kitchen, access to showers, change rooms and stages. Ideal for hosting indoor sports, banquets, weddings, and fundraising events.
- Banquet Hall - Includes a kitchen and washrooms. Ideal for hosting banquets, meetings, weddings, and fundraising events. Access by elevator if required.
Thornton Recreation Centre
- Ice Surface - Available from October 1st – March 28th Ideal for family events, men's/ women's group rentals, small group training etc.
- Floor Surface - Available May 1st – September 1st, Ideal for Lacrosse, Ball hockey, and large events
- Banquet Hall - Includes a kitchen and washrooms. Ideal for hosting banquets, weddings, meetings and fundraising events.
- Meeting Room - Ideal for hosting meetings, birthday parties and programs.
